The PRESENT 2022 Residency Podiatric Education Summit (RESE2022) will take place live in-person employing an up-to-date sensible Safe Meeting Plan designed to provide a safe experience for attendees. We have been monitoring the coronavirus news as we know you are as well, focusing on news regarding the course of the disease in and around the meeting location. We will continue to monitor local public health releases from the states of New Jersey (https://covid19.nj.gov/) and New York(https://www1.nyc.gov/site/coronavirus/index.page), as well as news from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html).
We want to assure everyone planning to attend the RESE2022 conference that their health, safety, and security is our top priority and we have a safe meeting plan in effect to keep you as safe and secure as possible.
SAFE MEETING PLAN
All individuals are requested to comply with one of the RESE2022 Health and Safety Policies and Protocols in order to enter our conference space:
- Attendees should upload their proof of vaccination ahead of time using our secure app. The same requirement holds for Exhibitors and Staff. If you are unable to upload your vaccination record, you can bring your digital or print vaccine card with you.
OR - In lieu of proof of vaccination, those requiring a vaccine exception can upload results of a negative PCR, rapid, or home-use self-administered over-the-counter test COVID-19 test taken within 48-hours of arriving at the conference. Negative test results can be uploaded using our secure app or presented to the Registration Desk each morning of the event.
Face coverings are optional for fully vaccinated Attendees in both outdoor and indoor locations. We expect Attendees who are not fully vaccinated to continue wearing face coverings in all indoor locations. The face mask policy will continue to be reviewed as we draw closer to the conference.
We encourage elderly or immune compromised attendees to avoid public gatherings like this conference and instead, attend PRESENT Virtual Conferences and Webinars.
Attendees showing signs of coronavirus or flu-like symptoms will be respectfully taken aside, counseled, and if believed to represent a high risk, will be given a full refund, and asked to leave, for the safety of all other attendees.
At the end of the day, any materials found unattended in the Lecture Hall will be discarded.
By attending RESE2022 you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
